At TCustom, we specialize in custom apparel printing. Every item is made specifically for your order, and we strive to deliver the highest quality products and customer service.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer
Change of mind
Color preference changes
Design approval issues after production
Personalized or custom-made items

Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during shipping
Defective due to a production issue
Different from the design or specifications you approved

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

A free replacement
A partial refund

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded because custom products are made specifically for each customer.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by TCustom.

Lost or Delayed Packages

TCustom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier investigation.
