Thank you for shopping with TCustom. We specialize in custom apparel printing, and every order is produced specifically for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
Because our products are custom-made, production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the complexity of the design, order quantity, and current production volume.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order size and weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, TCustom is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping charges required for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
TCustom is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Weather-related delays
- Customs processing delays
- Other circumstances beyond our control
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their local government.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work to provide a suitable resolution.
